Refund Policy

ARYAN YADAV believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
  • Cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.

2. Returns & Eligibility

  • Return Window: Product will be eligible for return within 3 days after delivery.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Report to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same.
  • Not As Described: If the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Exchange & Replacement

  • The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of exchange or replacement, the product will be delivered within 5-7 days.

4. Warranty Products

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly.

5. Refund Processing

  • In case of any refunds approved by ARYAN YADAV, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Note: Please record unboxing of the product to be eligible for any return or refund. As we are encountering many frauds we strongly recommend you to record unboxing for claims.
